Mail a Moment is designed for real orders, real addresses, and intentional use.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials and sender details accurate.
• Only upload content and addresses you are allowed to use.
• Review recipient, message, and payment details before approving an order.

Product boundaries

• Scheduling and draft generation aim to help you plan ahead, but they do not replace your review.
• Checkout, printing, and fulfillment depend on the accuracy of the information you submit.
• Mail a Moment may limit or suspend accounts that misuse the service or create delivery risk.

Rights and ownership

• Mail a Moment and its licensors retain rights in the product, brand, card designs, rendered previews, site copy, and other published product assets.
• The public source-code repository is released under the ISC License unless a file says otherwise.
• That code license does not grant rights to use Mail a Moment trademarks, logos, template designs, or other protected product content outside the license terms.

Your content permissions

• You keep rights to the messages, photos, and other content you submit to prepare an order.
• By submitting that content, you give Mail a Moment the limited permission needed to render previews, process checkout, print, fulfill, support, and store the order.
• You are responsible for making sure you have permission to upload photos, use names and addresses, and send the content you submit.
